Adapting to change is what frustrates a lot of us, and starting a healthy hair care journey is no exception. It’s worth it though. I found that what kills many of us is that we completely want to change in an instant. When this process is a gradual one. Start slow and work from there. I am still learning myself and I must say, good things take time. Here are a few tips on how to start your healthy hair journey.

When you go for something new, it is important to have background knowledge about it. Because hair takes time to grow, you don’t want to be making mistakes that can be avoided.
Tip 2: DETERMINE THE CONDITION OF YOUR HAIR
Knowing what condition your hair is at will help you know what and what not to do. It will also help you to know your hair time and which products are appropriate for your hair journey.
Tip 3: DETERMINE YOUR ROUTINE
Planning is one of the most important thing to do. Plan your daily, weekly and or monthly schedule and fit in your hair routine into the plane. Now you will know when and where hair care takes place. If it will be at home or at the salon and at what times you will be doing your hair. Make these plans and stick to them. If it means setting a reminder on your cell phone then so be it.
Tip 4: START
Procrastination is what stops us from succeeding. Start now. Not today, tomorrow or the day after. Right away. Don’t knock it till you try it.
